Looking for a housemate from June 1! (Approx. €475/month incl. EGW)
I’m moving back to Canada and leaving a furnished bedroom in a newly renovated row-house near Pierkespark in Brugse Poort with two housemates (F25, F26).
What can you expect?
-A cozy room with lots of light and little outdoor noise.
-Shared living/dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and a small patio.
-€475/month includ. EGW + small common costs (toilet paper, etc.)
-Ideally, you would like to purchase a 140cm bed, desk and wardrobe that all fit nicely in the room.
-You can get a parking pass for the neighbourhood and put your domiciliation, if needed.
-There is a buffet piano in the living room. If you play, you can keep it!
Who would you live with?
-Phaedra, 26, studying nursing and loves to read
-Erika, 25, studying medicine and loves to cook
-Both speak Dutch and English
What are they looking for?
-23 years or older
-Being neat and takes initiative
-Enjoys occasionally eating together and chatting in the living, but also appreciates peace in the house
